Yes they are live with your coach and through zoom meeting, however If you are located in Whitianga we can meet in person at a local cafe for 1:1 sessions if you would prefer.

Yes you can pause as you go and fill in the questions at each step or come back to them later. You have life time access.

Yes you can purchase the toolkits separately. The 1.1 business coaching isn’t included if you do, but you can always add it on later if you want to focus on 1 step/section.
